Applicants must be dentally fit to have teeth whitening in accordance with guidance from the dental regulatory body - the GDC. A thorough dental examination should of been conducted within the last 6 months.
The competition is open to all patients of S3 Dental Eltham
The winner will be selected based on the review that best captures their experience with our practice. The decision of the practice is final.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Yearly dental hygiene consists of two 30-minute ultrasonic cleanings.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The winner will be notified bon the 14th of October
